Senior Project Manager Contract Limerick 12 Months. My client a leading global name in their global market is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their group for a rolling contract.
My clients Network Management group is responsible for managing their network of subcustodians, nostro bank relationships, ICSDs and CSDs where the client has a direct relationship, globally. This position is within the Risk, Information Products & Control team The role will report to the Global Head of Risk, Information Products & Control.
Candidates will be expected to delive complex, global change projects adhering to regulatory, compliance & risk requirements. Creation & control of overall Project Plan, Change Control, baselining dates of major milestones.Creating & managing Governance Framework (Steering Committee, Working Group meeting).Execute additional contractual arrangements with specified providers and Support negotiations and oversight where necessary. Establish new membership/participant arrangement if required.Support operations engagement with all providers with regards to the establishment of new securities/cash accounts, transition of assets.
Successful candidates will have Good comprehension of the Asset Servicing industry and the role of a Global custodian or back-office settlement services. Evidence of a hands-on approach to program delivery with the ability to understand and resolve issues as required. Experience in a formal program or project delivery methodology, SAFe, PRINCE2, APM etc. Experience of a traceability matrix, WBS or PBS mapping to various delivery initiatives. Hands on experience in Transitioning custody services, Operating model changes and Market wide implementations.Knowledge of Swift routing, Settlement, entitlements, cash & capital market processing.Ability to work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders to for E2E Project delivery.
