Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations & Order Management Specialist to join their team for a 14-month fixed-term contract.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with various stakeholders, enhancing the order-to-cash process while ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
-Receive, review, and process revenue and RMA orders accurately and efficiently in line with company policies.
-Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding order status, delays, and delivery issues, ensuring transparency and trust.
-Generate and deliver weekly open order reports to customers and sales teams.
-Resolve customer problems professionally and promptly to maintain satisfaction.
-Assist finance with account reconciliation and discrepancies, as well as accurate processing of credits and returns.
-Support sales with account management, queries, and quoting, acting as the liaison into Operations for Sales.
-Document and improve processes that contribute to a world-class customer experience.
-Provide coverage for team members during vacation periods and participate in various Sales Operations activities as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:
-Several years of relevant Inside Sales or Customer Service experience.
-Proficient in PC applications, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Strong Excel skills, particularly in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
-Experience with sales order entry systems and processes.
-Knowledge of logistics, carriers, and related terms is an advantage.
-Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on data integrity and accuracy.
-Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
-Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while multitasking.
