Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind projects, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding results. Your key responsibilities will include:
🔹 Project Leadership - Oversee projects from initial design to post-installation support.
🔹 Team & Resource Management - Lead project engineers and site managers across multiple sites.
🔹 Quality & Safety Assurance - Implement inspection and testing plans, maintaining top-tier standards.
🔹 Budget & Schedule Oversight - Develop and execute project plans within financial and timeline targets.
🔹 Client & Stakeholder Communication - Provide updates, address challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.
🔹 Problem-Solving - Navigate site issues, weather-related delays, and unforeseen challenges.
What You Bring:
✔️ Full clean driving license.
✔️ 3+ years' experience in project management within construction.
✔️ Degree in construction management, engineering, or extensive construction experience.
✔️ Strong leadership, delegation, and organizational skills.
✔️ Proficiency in IT for reporting and project tracking.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of Irish construction health & safety regulations.
✔️ Experience with renewable energy systems (Solar PV is a plus!).
✔️ Project Management qualifications (a definite advantage!).
