My client is urgently looking for a Test Manager for my clients ACBS Programme. This is a critical programme at my clients to implement the new corporate and commercial lending platform.
My client is looking for someone to have Minimum of 5-10 years of commercial experience in the banking/financial services domain.Experience in managing medium to large testing teams between 10 and 20 testing resources. Managed large transformation programs impacting many teams, preferably related to Corporate Loans or Loans in general.Planned and organised large scale integration testing touching 15+ upstream and downstream systems.Hosted and planned large UAT sessions. Successful candidates have excellent coordination and communication skills dealing with many stakeholders/departments/teams.Created test strategy, test approach, test plan, and test closure report for large project. It would be seen as an advantage if you have created automation strategies/plans that resulted in reducing a good percentage of the time and cost spent on manual testing. also if you have FIS CLS or ACBS experience.Jira/Confluence and or Zephyr Squad/Zephyr Scale would be good.
