This junior-to-mid-level role supports the development, coordination, and performance tracking of LTE/5G wireless network products. The position is ideal for a candidate with some exposure to product management, telecom technologies, or wireless communication who is ready to grow in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the coordination of LTE/5G wireless product development and go-to-market activities.
* Support the product team in aligning products with customer needs and market trends.
* Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, support) to help ensure timely product delivery.
* Conduct basic research on wireless industry trends and competitor products.
* Help gather and analyze user feedback and performance data to improve product offerings.
* Contribute to internal documentation and participate in product training sessions.
* Provide support for customer and partner communications as needed.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* junior to mid level of relevant experience in product support, telecom, or wireless network technologies.
* Good understanding of wireless communication systems (LTE/5G exposure is a plus).
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in English language.
* Analytical mindset with willingness to learn and grow within a technical product environment.
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative setting.


Preferred Requirements:

* Experience in LTE/5G rollout projects, SDN, network slicing, or NFV.
* Experience in wireless product development and lifecycle management.
* Professional background in Telecommunications or Global Tech environment.
