Adecco Cork are looking for a Temporary Front of House/Receptionist to join our client based in Little Island Cork. You will be the welcoming face of our client's organisation, ensuring a high-quality service experience for employees and visitors alike.
Temporary role (approximately 2-months)
Hours Monday - Friday 10:30am -16:30pm
Pay rate 15.40 per hour
Location: Little Island
Your role will involve:
Acting as the primary point of contact for all front-of-house activities, ensuring customer requirements are met promptly and effectively.
Delivering a customer-focused reception and room booking service that goes above and beyond expectations.
Supporting the team in the delivery of high-quality front-of-house services while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Managing switchboard operations and ensuring seamless communication throughout the facility.
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming office environment, coordinating building and housekeeping services as needed.
Proactively engaging with customer staff and suppliers to enhance their experience.
Assisting in compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including reporting and fire aid duties.
Supporting security by managing access passes and assisting with site services like post and office supplies.
What You Bring:

Experience in a front desk, room management, or customer service role.
A track record of success in highly customer-focused operations.
An enthusiastic and motivated attitude, with a passion for service excellence.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
