Position: IT Technical Support
Location: Hybrid working - Dublin South
Contract 12 month

We have outstanding opportunities for an experienced IT Support representative to join successful team!

We are looking for an experience IT Infrastructure Support Engineer. You will be part of the IT Service Desk provides support. You will provide end user assistance with technical issues over the phone and in person. This includes maintenance, administration, resolving issues and may also include tasks such as required maintenance, backing up files and performing installations on a routine basis related to the technology their customers use

Skills:

* 3rd level Education or an equivalent - in IT / Computer Science
* Similar experience within IT sector in similar infrastructure related customer support orientated roles
* Experience with Microsoft desktop operating system
* Active Directory
* Microsoft (Office) 365
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
* Excellent communication skills
