Job Title: Principal Full Stack Developer

As a Principal Full Stack Developer, you will be at the forefront of innovation within the Digital Platforms team. Your role will involve engaging closely with product owners and collaborating with diverse teams to create outstanding customer experiences. You'll lead Scrum teams, mentor fellow developers, and work alongside architects and quality assurance professionals to craft, build, test, and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate closely with the Squad Lead, Scrum Master, and other team members to meet project goals.
Decompose complex business challenges into efficient, scalable solutions.
Mentor junior developers, guiding them to excel in their roles.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Drive adherence to engineering best practises and Agile methodologies.
Skills:
A Bachelor's or post-primary degree in a Technology-related field.
Extensive development experience, with proven leadership in full stack solutions.
Expertise in modern application architecture patterns and emerging technologies.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and modern SPA JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred).
Strong background in RESTful services, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).
A passion for creating seamless end-user journeys and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
Extensive experience with Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Maven.
Familiarity with API management using Swagger and OpenAPI.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design, coding standards, and secure application development.
Experience with Docker and cloud computing services.
