Job Advert: Software Sales Executive
Our client, a leading provider of Business Management Software, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Software Sales Executive to join their team. As a Software Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in proactively reaching out to prospects, conducting high-level business and technology discussions, and generating leads for the sales pipeline. With a focus on consultative sales, you will engage with key decision makers across various sectors such as food, engineering, agriculture, and construction.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively prospect and manage lead activity to qualify prospects and generate sales opportunities.
* Engage in field sales, communicating with key decision makers to uncover prospects and execute sales opportunities.
* Learn and understand the overall business objectives of our client's sales organisation and effectively articulate the value proposition of their Business Management Software to customers.
* Drive growth and development plans within an assigned territory.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Inside Sales teams to implement strategic sales approaches.
* Conduct product demonstrations both online and at customer sites.
* Follow up with prospects through outbound calls and convert leads into sales.
* Attend and participate in outside events such as exhibitions and workshops.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in a dynamic sales environment.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage customers.
* Proficiency in prospecting, lead generation, and conducting business and technology discussions.
* Familiarity with technology tools (e.g., CRM and Social Media) for lead generation.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* An understanding of ERP and Business Management Solutions is a bonus.
* A full clean driver's licence is essential.
In return for your skills and expertise, our client offers a competitive annual salary starting from €40,000 with an annual review. This is a full-time, permanent position with commission opportunities.
