Site Reliability Engineer Contract 6-18 Months Dublin. My client a leading global name is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join them on a contract basis.
Within this role, you will be focused on the reliability and maintainability of Enterprise wide services developed by Cyber Security Technology as part of Global Information Security at my client. The successful candidate will work with the Dev Ops, Development and Testing teams to enhance automation, logging, monitoring, observability, infrastructure configuration, scripting languages, and application and network protocols.
As a Site Reliability Engineer, your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Previous Systems Engineering and Deployment experience. You will have previous Application Management and Support experience. You will have an understanding of software and/or application lifecycle and the implementation of security principals throughout. You will have an Understanding of complex environments, their sub-components, concepts, and interactions. You will have Experience with databases and associated query languages. Deep understanding of large networks and systems and the interaction between applications, infrastructures, etc.Experience in security vulnerability remediation
Successful Candidates will have the Linux basics, Jenkins experience, Load balancer and Kubernetes, you will have good amount of experience with deployments.
