About the Role
As a Shopping Account Optimizer, you will play a key role in managing and improving the performance of client shopping accounts. Working within a dynamic team of 60 professionals across Europe, you'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations that help grow their business online. While comprehensive onboarding is provided, prior experience in digital marketing is required in order to enable faster success in the role.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on the performance and growth of their shopping campaigns.
* Deliver consultative support by identifying digital opportunities and optimisation areas.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their goals are met through tailored strategies.
* Analyse campaign performance and account data, providing actionable insights and regular reporting.
* Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective execution of solutions.
* Provide top-level customer service to German-speaking clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
* Third level degree or equivalent in experience.
* Fluent German and English (spoken and written) are essential.
* Experience in digital marketing, paid media, performance campaigns, or shopping/e-commerce ads preferred.
* Background in account management, client services, or business development is highly desirable.
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
* Comfortable analysing data and generating insights using common analytics tools.
* Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume client portfolio with confidence and professionalism.
* Other data analysis skills such as SQL are a plus for analysing datasets and enhancing reporting capabilities.
* Familiarity with Google/Meta Ads products or similar platforms is a plus.
