Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Data Center) to lead critical infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality execution. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in data center project management, with strong leadership skills, stakeholder management expertise, and technical acumen. This role requires managing end-to-end project lifecycles, driving cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee end-to-end data center projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
-Develop and implement project strategies aligned with business and technical goals.
-Define clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success.
-Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, IT, Construction, Facilities, Operations).
-Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
-Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring alignment with expectations.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
-Proactively communicate project status, risks, and milestones, ensuring transparency.
-Address and resolve customer concerns or escalations, ensuring high satisfaction.
-Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
-Monitor financial performance, including forecasting and variance analysis.
-Manage resource allocation and workforce planning to meet project milestones.
-Leverage industry reputation to build credibility and drive successful project execution.
-Stay updated on data center trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
-Represent the company at industry events, forums, and discussions to establish thought leadership.
-Track and report on project performance, risks, and KPIs to senior leadership.
-Continuously improve project management methodologies and share lessons learned.
-Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related field.
-Senior/Management experience in data center project management.
-PMP or related certifications (e.g., CDCP, CDCE) are preferred.
-Proficiency in English is required; any additional EU languages or Chinese would be a plus.
-Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
-Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage conflicts and drive solutions.
-Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
