We are seeking a highly skilled WAN AIOps Specialist to lead the design and implementation of our Intelligent Operations and Maintenance (AIOps) platform. This role is crucial in ensuring the high availability, performance, and scalability of our WAN SDN controller platform and physical network. You will leverage big data and advanced algorithms to enhance our operations, driving innovation in anomaly detection, root cause analysis, capacity planning, health monitoring, fault localization, and diagnostic recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the design and implementation of the Intelligent Operations and Maintenance (AIOps) platform, ensuring high availability, high performance, and scalability of the WAN SDN controller platform and physical network.
* Utilize big data and intelligent algorithms to explore and participate in the implementation of the AIOps platform for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, capacity planning, health monitoring, fault localization, and diagnostic recovery.
* Conduct research on cutting-edge technologies related to the field of intelligent operations and maintenance.
Experience/Skills/Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Senior/Management level of experience in similar positions.
* Proficiency in English is a must.
* Proven experience in AIOps, WAN SDN, or a related field.
* Strong background in big data analytics and algorithm development.
* Expertise in network operations, particularly in high-performance and scalable environments.
* Ability to research and implement cutting-edge technologies in the AIOps domain.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
* Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Mandarin or EU Languages would be a plus.
Additional Information:
* The interview process consists in 2 onsite interviews, 1 with the HR and 1 with the hiring manager from the team.
* A valid full-time right to work in Ireland is required for this position.
