In this position, you will be developing applications in accordance with industry best practices. Collaborate closely with an Architect, Product Owner, and fellow Developers to contribute to the company's overarching objectives.

This particular role will be a split of 70% backend and 30% front end development.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive background with deep proficiency in Java 8 plus (working in the version 17 at present)
Experience with middleware Java stack, messaging technologies and web containers such as Spring Boot, Kafka
Ability to write clean, testable, readable, and easily maintainable code
Experience with client side tech stack: HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, Angular and NGRX would be an advantage
Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming, Software Design, and Engineering Principles
Understanding of cloud computing principles, preferably with experience in AWS.
Ideally proficiency in overseeing software through its complete lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and employing CI/CD practices (Jenkins).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-call responsibilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding ability to address and resolve complex challenges.
