We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative Finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving strategic financial planning, operational efficiency, and business insights that influence key decisions across product, engineering, and business units.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

* Own and drive end-to-end execution of financial planning processes for assigned business areas.
* Develop multi-year forecasts, scenario models, and business cases that support strategic initiatives.
* Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities to guide executive decision-making.

Data Analysis & Insights
* Analyze large datasets using SQL and other tools to identify financial and operational trends.
* Generate actionable business insights that lead to measurable improvements.
* Define and track KPIs to assess performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Business Partnering
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations.
* Serve as a trusted advisor by providing financial expertise and influencing business strategy.
* Prepare and present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.

Project & Process Management
* Lead or contribute to high-impact projects that improve financial systems, reporting, or controls.
* Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across complex initiatives.
* Recommend and implement process improvements and governance models to enhance scalability and accuracy.

Technical and Risk Capabilities
* Utilize and support financial systems (e.g., ERP, dashboards) and advanced analytics platforms.
* Monitor financial risks and implement controls to ensure compliance and sound financial operations.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analysis or relevant fields, or equivalent in experience.
* Senior level of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, consulting, or a technical operations role.
* Proven experience using SQL or comparable coding languages to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
* Solid understanding of financial accounting, cost accounting, and corporate finance principles.
* Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience.
* Experience in a global tech company or fast-paced business environment.
* Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into clear narratives and present to stakeholders.
* Ability to think critically, manage ambiguity, and lead initiatives independently.
* Exposure to project management and process improvement frameworks (e.g., SOX, Agile) would be a plus.
* Accountant qualifications or data analysis certifications would be a plus.
