Join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team in Dublin as a Senior Cloud Support SRE Engineer, where your expertise will help ensure the stability and security of 24/7 cloud services across the EU region!

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with engineers on mobile services deployment, tackling challenges related to scalability, reliability, performance and efficiency.
- Administer, maintain and automate systems to ensure their reliability, resiliency, scalability and security.
- Monitor and debug issues across mobile services (applications, networks, databases), providing technical resolutions and root cause analysis for high-severity incidents.
- Partner with Software R&D teams to design, deploy and operate automated, resilient and scalable components/services.
- Deliver timely reports on service metrics, including availability, capacity, performance, and latency across all production systems.
- Continuously improve System Engineering operations-automate routine tasks and document new procedures.
- Manage and grow a dynamic team of System Engineering experts, promoting an inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the System Engineering Manager to expand the team, including recruitment and onboarding new talent.

What We Need:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications or equivalent IT experience, with at least 3+ years as an Internet Distributed Systems Engineer or SRE managing a SaaS/PaaS environment (e.g., AWS).
- 3+ years of team leadership/coordination experience.
- Deep experience managing Linux-based environments.
- Familiarity with network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS).
- Strong understanding of incident, change, and problem management.
- Systematic problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset.
