Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to manage the entire order-to-cash process, from customer order receipt to invoicing and RMA processing. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working with stakeholders across multiple departments.



Key Responsibilities:

Process revenue and RMA orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Communicate order status, delays, and delivery issues promptly to customers.
Provide weekly open order reports to customers and sales teams.
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Support finance with account reconciliation, discrepancies, and credit/return processing.
Assist sales teams with account management, queries, and quoting, acting as a liaison between Sales and Operations.
Continuously improve processes to enhance customer service standards.
Provide team support during vacations and participate in a floating schedule across different Sales Operations functions, including:
Loan management
RMA management
New product backlog management


Required Skills & Experience:

Several years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service roles.
Strong technical proficiency in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Experience with sales order entry systems and processes.
Knowledge of logistics, carrier operations, and shipping terms (preferred).
Detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
Adaptable and results-driven, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing work setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Passion for delivering world-class customer service.
Experience working in a flexible, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines consistently.
A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
