Recruitment Coordinator
5 days per week in the office (Monday to Friday) - Cork

As the Operations Recruiting Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment. You will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment activities, cultivating candidate relationships, and making a lasting first impression of our client. Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews and phone screens for candidates and hiring managers, occasionally arranging travel for visiting candidates
Maintain candidate records and job postings in the recruiting systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Communicate promptly with candidates via phone and email, offering updates on their recruitment status
Track recruitment activities and provide regular candidate status reports
Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings, preparing materials as required
Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and streamline scheduling processes
Assist in coordinating various other recruitment activities as needed
Required Skills:
Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator or similar role
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional focus on customer satisfaction, strong attention to detail, and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
