Exciting Opportunity: Project Coordinator Wanted!

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Project Managers in the organisation and execution of ongoing projects. Your keen attention to detail and ability to collaborate with stakeholders will ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Organise, attend and actively participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document key actions and decisions from meetings and follow up as necessary.
- Prepare engaging presentation materials that capture the essence of our projects.
- Ensure project deadlines are consistently met and manage any necessary changes.
- Provide administrative support and undertake project tasks as needed.
- Develop innovative project strategies and assess risks, providing effective solutions.
- Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to keep everyone informed.
- Create a project management calendar to track goals and objectives.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Valid work visa for Ireland (No VISA sponsorship).
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills that captivate your audience.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in verbal and written Mandarin is a must!!!
