What You'll Do:
- Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules.
- organise and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document key actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare engaging presentation materials.
- Ensure timely project deadlines are met.
- Assess project risks and propose effective solutions.
- Facilitate meetings and share minutes with the team.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management calendar.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Mandarin proficiency).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A knack for working under tight deadlines.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
