Profile Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator with a background in finance, policy, or consultancy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally strong, and has experience working on cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, global tech or consultancy environment. You should bring insights into economic or digital policy and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks while engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Role Overview
You will support the Public Affairs team in coordinating policy and finance-related projects across multiple departments. Your role will be critical in ensuring project progress, communication, and execution. This is a hands-on, operational role that requires someone comfortable with navigating ambiguity, aligning inputs across teams, and contributing to the success of policy-related initiatives in a tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and track progress of ongoing public affairs and policy-related projects
* Support the team with financial operations insights, market research, and billing-related activities
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams across regions to gather inputs and ensure alignment
* Manage operational workflows such as scheduling, document management, reporting, and follow-ups
* Assist in preparing project updates, presentations, and thought-leadership materials
* Monitor timelines, anticipate risks or delays, and communicate effectively to stakeholders
* Support budget tracking and administrative tasks tied to policy project implementation
* Ensure smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners as required
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Project Management, International Relations, or a related field
* Fluency in English and excellent communication skills is required
* Mid-level experience in project coordination or administration, ideally in public affairs, consulting, or financial operations
* Experience or strong understanding of economic/digital policy landscapes
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track
* Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-moving, cross-functional environment
* Proficiency with Google or Microsoft Workspace
* Experience with pricing, billing, or market research is a strong plus
* Experience working with global tech companies or within a consultancy is highly desirable
