Job Title: Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated employees focused on Quality First principles.
Drive productivity and efficiency to meet customer demands.
Analyse problems, plan tasks, and implement effective solutions.
Provide guidance on team development opportunities, performance, and metrics.
Report team accomplishments and achievements to management.
Coordinate staffing plans and manage resource requirements with HR.
Develop your team through training, performance reviews, and progressive task assignments.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and ISO 13485 regulations.
Collaborate with supply chain and other departments for smooth operations.
Engage with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor work operations, setting clear goals like "right first time" and "on-time delivery."
Experience and Knowledge:
5-10 years of experience in a busy production environment, preferably within precision engineering.
Previous supervisory experience managing teams.
Proficient in performance management and team development.
Intermediate skills in SAP and Excel; production planning experience is a plus.
