About the Role:
Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support their executive team in the fast-paced tech industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a proven ability to multitask efficiently. This role demands a high level of discretion, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings to ensure productive outcomes.
Project Management: Assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives, tracking progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Document Management: Organise and maintain files, documents, and records; prepare reports, presentations, and materials as needed.
Event Planning: Coordinate company events, conferences, and executive off-sites, managing logistics for smooth execution.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights on various topics to support decision-making; compile data and create reports as required.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: As an Executive Assistant, preferably in the tech industry.
Business Competencies:
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
