Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Location: Dublin Airport

Salary: Bewtween to €35,000 - €37,000 P/Y + Monthly Commission

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours/week)

Shifts: Flexible schedule with two consecutive days off

Full EU B driving licence (required).

Our client, a leading name in the car rental industry, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join their high-performing team at Dublin Airport.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure the station is organised, clean, and that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
Customer Service experience
Manage shuttle bus operations and promptly resolve any operational issues.
Plan and coordinate fleet availability to meet peak demand and service standards.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction (NPS), ensuring all staff maintain high service levels.
Respond to customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Conduct quality checks to ensure vehicles meet brand standards.
Perform audits and support the Airport Manager with various operational tasks.




Skills & Qualifications

Full EU B driving licence (required).
Proven experience in an operations or supervisory role, ideally within transport, logistics, or car rental.
Strong problem-solving and analytically skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience generating operational reports.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
