🔍 What you'll do as an MRF Production Manager:
Oversee the efficient operation and performance of the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) 🏭
Implement best practises to optimise production and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 👥📊
Manage day-to-day operations, including staff utilisation, material handling, and production efficiency 📋🔧
Develop work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and cover leave ✅
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and enforce procedures ⚠️
✨ Requirements:
Proven management experience in a production or waste processing facility 📢
Experience overseeing operations in a labour-intensive, multi-shift environment 🔄
This is a site-based role. The plant is located in Dublin.
