Join our client's dynamic and innovative team as a Marketing Manager!

You'll play a pivotal role in driving go-to-market strategies and empowering sales teams to excel. With your expertise, you'll be the key driver of top-of-the-funnel pipeline creation and sales enablement in the SMB market.

Responsibilities:
- Be the primary product spokesperson and evangelist for our business.
- Utilise your deep knowledge of Modern Work products for the SMB market to develop localised competitive strategies, tailor messaging, and position our value proposition to internal and external audiences.
- Develop and drive business strategies for Modern Work, tracking their efficacy to ensure sustainable growth within and beyond the current fiscal year.
- Orchestrate strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans across sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions. Collaborate with our partner team to enable them to achieve target capacity and quality.
- Foster collaboration between the business and our country teams, ensuring field enablement accountability and the successful execution of sales programmes.
- Align with Finance and Sales Excellence teams to drive results.
- Identify white-space growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximise performance across products and services.
- Drive GTM strategy and implement growth plans to achieve revenue, usage, and customer health goals.
- Create and pursue competitive strategies to gain target market share, actively managing relevant stakeholders to drive our local product marketing growth strategy.

Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work.
- Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio.
- Demonstrated success in driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex organisation.
