A global facilities finance team is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support financial operations across 20+ countries and over 100 vendors. This role is critical in ensuring accurate budgeting, reporting, and procurement processes for facility-related expenditures, while collaborating closely with both vendors and internal stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial performance of a dynamic and international operation, ideal for candidates with a background in financial analysis or accounts payable and strong analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:

-Resolve Procure-to-Pay (P2P) issues

-Raise purchase requisitions for operational and capital expenses

-Maintain CAPEX master cashflow, operational CAPEX, and OPEX trackers

-Prepare and update budget and forecast templates

-Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecast cycles

-Prepare and manage monthly accruals

-Review actual spend and ensure accurate uploads to dashboards

-Format and upload financial data for internal reporting

-Liaise with vendors to address financial queries and payment issues

-Support onboarding processes for team members and managers

-Track project-related costs and ensure alignment with forecasts

-Provide ad hoc financial support as required


Required Qualifications:

-2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Financial Analysis, General Ledger, or similar roles within a multinational environment

-Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas) and Google Docs

-Proficiency in Oracle, Oracle Fusion, or SAP is essential

-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

-Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines


Nice to Have:

Additional experience in a construction, real estate, or facilities management environment

Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools

Accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous

This is a fully remote position within Ireland.
