We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Inventory Control Manager to join a leading organisation in the MedTech industry. Our client, a global leader in Laboratory Diagnostic instruments, is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

As the Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for leading the inventory control team and ensuring that all operational activities are on track.

Location: North Dublin
Salary €70,000- €88,000 dependent on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

-Lead the inventory control team and ensure all operational activities are on track, including cycle counting, COGI reconciliation, physical material storage setup, and control audits.
-Drive the inventory control programme across the site for over 7,000 SKUs, ensuring that all stakeholders provide full support and compliance to maintain accuracy.
-Conduct root cause analysis to identify the issues affecting inventory inaccuracy and partner with stakeholders to eliminate them.
-Improve processes to achieve best-in-class performance in efficiency and compliance.
-Support the Logistics Manager with analytic insights to drive improvements in logistics optimisation, such as material handling efficiency, inventory accuracy, storage utilisation, labelling, service level improvement, and freight optimisation.
-Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects across the supply chain.
Work with IT to leverage the full capabilities of our current systems (i.e. SAP, scanning, etc.) and identify and implement improvements.



Qualifications and Requirements:

- Batchelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Engineering or a related discipline (QQI level 8).
- Proven experience in inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years' experience within logistics or planning essential.
- Proven people management experience.
- Experience with SAP and other inventory management systems.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
