Role: Indirect Procurement Specialist

Location: North Dublin

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary Range: €70,000 - €80,000

Working Pattern: Full-Time

The Opportunity: As an Indirect Procurement Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering operational efficiency and enhancing value across non-material purchases. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will drive real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing RFI/Q/P processes and tenders for CAPEX projects and contract renewals.

Establishing and maintaining an Approved Vendor List (AVL) for non-material procurement.

Leading cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational expenses (OPEX).

Proposing and implementing cutting-edge e-tendering and digital procurement solutions.

Providing expert commercial support and assisting with major spend negotiations.

Overseeing cross-functional procurement projects to ensure strategic success.

Ensuring vendor contracts meet compliance standards.

About You:
We're looking for a motivated and skilled professional who brings not just technical expertise, but also a collaborative and innovative mindset. Ideal candidates will have:

A Level 8 qualification in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related area.

A solid understanding of contract law within an operational context.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement or vendor negotiations.

A proven track record in securing CAPEX and OPEX contracts.

A thorough knowledge of procurement tools, processes, KPIs, and performance analysis.
