About the Role:
Our client, a global technology company is seeking a senior-level professional to join its Revenue Operations team, with a focus on credit risk management and collections oversight within the advertising and payments ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process-ensuring accurate credit approvals, smooth revenue collections, and strategic partnership with sales and finance teams.
You'll be part of a high-performing team based in Ireland and collaborate closely with a BPO vendor based in India. You will oversee the full credit lifecycle-from reviewing customer profiles and assigning credit limits to supporting monthly collection cycles and monitoring portfolio performance.
This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with experience in high-volume, global environments-particularly those who have supported internal stakeholders, worked with outsourcing partners, and driven operational improvement in finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee end-to-end OTC processes for an assigned portfolio, with a focus on credit approvals, risk assessments, and collections.
Serve as the main point of contact for monitoring and guiding the performance of an external BPO team handling day-to-day collections.
Conduct credit line reviews based on customer risk profiles and collaborate with sales teams to align credit limits with revenue objectives.
Drive monthly collection cycles-ensuring target amounts are achieved, exceptions are escalated, and all customer queries are resolved in a timely manner.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Treasury to deliver on revenue goals, mitigate risk, and improve operational effectiveness.
Monitor and report on key financial KPIs including aging, bad debts, and collection performance at portfolio level.
Provide data-driven insights to enhance customer experience, strengthen internal processes, and enable sustainable business growth.
Contribute to transformation initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and better customer outcomes.
Stay informed about economic and regulatory trends that may impact credit or collections within your region.
Required Qualifications:
Senior level of experience in finance operations, specifically in credit management and collections.
Experience working in global companies and/or high-volume transactional environments (e.g., advertising, digital payments, tech).
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across departments and vendor partnerships (e.g., BPOs).
Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to monitor performance and inform decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Comfortable operating independently, managing time effectively, and working across multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
French language fluency is a plus.
Experience in the online advertising, banking, or digital payments industry is highly desirable.
Familiarity with outsourcing/BPO management and performance governance.
Process improvement or project management experience (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
Understanding of how OTC activity impacts P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
