Position Overview:
Step into a full-time role with the flexibility of hybrid work options (up to two days remote each week). You'll be at the heart of our operations, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and planning intricate travel arrangements. Your contributions will be vital in fostering collaboration across our dynamic data centre teams.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for up to three leaders
- Manage hectic and complex calendars with finesse
- Facilitate site meetings through agenda collection, action item tracking, and note-taking
- Collaborate on arranging and structuring senior leadership visits to the site
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions efficiently
- Coordinate travel arrangements to ensure seamless journeys
- Organise space planning, strategic offsite events, and team all-hands meetings
- Plan and execute engaging team events that boost morale
- Build cross-functional relationships between teams to enhance collaboration
- Be a culture carrier for the local data centre, spreading positivity
- Participate in the global data centre admin community
- Handle general administrative duties with a smile

Valued Qualifications:
- Previous experience providing administrative support to executives
- Previous experience coordinating travel logistics for executives
- Previous experience of relevant calendar management and expense report management
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities like a pro
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all partnerships
- Strong skills in prioritising multiple assignments quickly
