Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking a motivated Engineering Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract in Annacotty, Limerick. As an Engineering Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the engineering purchasing team, collaborating with suppliers, customers, and the service department. Responsibilities and activities of an Engineering Administrator:

*Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of parts using SAP.
*Purchase parts for a team of internal engineers, ensuring optimised supply chain management.
*Collaborate with engineers to ensure efficient completion of service and repair work.
*Efficiently handle parts queries, sourcing suppliers, and managing warranty/parts returns.
*Maintain accurate data by inputting information into the dedicated software package.
*Liaise with internal departments to resolve daily issues and promote smooth operation.
*Prepare reports and invoices to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal SLAs.
*Provide exceptional customer service by issuing quotations promptly and addressing customer queries efficiently.
*Set up new part codes and maintain stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.
*Conduct stock cycle counts in collaboration with the parts warehouse team.

Requirements:

*Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
*Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
*Proficiency in using SAP or other similar software packages.
*Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*A proactive and motivated attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Our client offers a competitive salary of €28,000 and an engaging work environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to the success of the organisation.
