Digital Power FR Engineer (Contract Role)

We're seeking a passionate individual with a background in science or engineering, preferably in Electricity, Energy or Mechanical disciplines. Dive into an exciting role where you'll be pivotal in supporting our customers through the commissioning process and resolving technical issues!
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales testing support and lead technical workshops with customers.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and solution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Log and track issues reported by customers for timely resolutions.
- Conduct training and guidance for customers throughout the construction process.
- Support technical checks for inverter installations, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Act as the vital link between customers and our R&D team.
- Deliver second and third-line support for ongoing customer needs.
- Offer on-site assistance for critical issues that require immediate attention.
- Monitor and analyse quality of operations to drive improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong educational background in science or engineering.
- Technical and service experience, along with channel management expertise.
- Familiarity with the Solar-PV and storage market is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
- Insightful problem-solving abilities and project operation skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch and French is an advantage.
