We are seeking a Data Center Infrastructure O&M Management Engineer to oversee the daily operation and maintenance (O&M) of our data center's power, HVAC, and BMS systems. This role is responsible for supplier management, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA), and driving energy efficiency improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical or HVAC Engineering, experience in data center O&M, and strong supplier and team management skills. They will also play a key role in reviewing and optimizing maintenance plans, coordinating infrastructure upgrades, and ensuring 24/7 operational stability.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the daily operation and maintenance of the data center supplier (Party B), and ensure that the supplier complies with the service level agreement (SLA).
* Review and optimize O&M plan for data center power system/HVAC/BMS system
* Analyze energy usage data and make optimization recommendations to improve data center energy efficiency
* Coordinate and promote the supplier to implement equipment inspection and preventive maintenance
* Review fault reports and monitor the fault handling process and results of the supplier.
* Participate in the development of data center infrastructure upgrades and expansion plans
* Review the operation and maintenance SOP of the supplier and provide improvement suggestions.
* Ensure 24/7 stable operation of the data center and supervise the emergency response measures of the supplier
* Manage the internal O&M team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure the data center meets business needs
Main Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or HVAC Engineering
* Junior/Mid level experience in Data Center O&M
* In-depth knowledge of data center power systems and HVAC systems operating principles and best practices, and familiarity with autoCAD
* Have relevant professional qualifications (such as electrical engineer, HVAC engineer, etc.)
* Familiarity with data center industry standards and regulations
* Excellent supplier management capability
* Excellent team leadership and management skills
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in emergency situations
* Accept on-call work requests
