As a B2B Database Marketing Analyst, you will develop a data-driven approach to lead generation across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B lead generation, strategy, and analytics.
Job Description:
* Own the implementation of all targeting campaigns for Core Markets.
* Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales campaigns, collaborating with partners to enable omni-channel marketing efforts.
* Establish an "always-on" approach for identifying and scoring leads, using automation to gather data from various sources.
* Enhance the technical capabilities of the B2B Database Marketing team, delivering innovative approaches to targeting small to large enterprise merchants.
* Apply a strong analytical approach to deliver impactful insights and meaningful evaluations for all campaigns.
* Coordinate product and campaign execution with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Enjoy driving innovation at a leading internet brand with cutting-edge technologies.
Requirements:
* 5 years of experience with Python and SQL.
* Open to any location except PST.
* 5 years of experience in a Lead Generation Analyst role.
* Proven experience supporting Sales teams across all functions.
* E-commerce and enterprise-level experience required.
* A passion for data.
* Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork and storytelling.
