Join Our Dynamic Team as a Customer Insights & CRM Specialist!
We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Insights & CRM Specialist to join our vibrant team of 5 in a fast-paced, insights-driven environment. As part of a larger team of 15 focused on insights, marketing and customer engagement, you'll have the chance to work on high-profile projects that significantly impact racegoer engagement at a national level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise CRM data to create targeted marketing campaigns that enhance fan experience and boost race day attendance.
- Implement and optimise customer segmentation strategies to ensure personalised and relevant communications.
- Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance and race day engagement using CRM and social data.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and racecourse teams to create a seamless, data-driven fan experience.
We're on the lookout for a data-driven individual who understands the power of customer insights in driving engagement and retention. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer insights, preferably using platforms like DotDigital, Mailchimp, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, or Salesforce.
- Are analytical and can interpret data to translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
- Are comfortable with automation and personalization in email marketing and surveys.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Understand GDPR and data protection best practises.
- Have a background in the sports or entertainment industry (helpful but not essential).
