Remote Country and Language Editor (Bosnian local knowledge) 3+ Month Contract

Are you fluent in Bosnian and passionate about language, technology, and detail?
We're looking for a Language Editor to join our team on a 3+ month remote contract, supporting innovative content and mapping projects for a leading client.
In this role, you'll configure and manage MacOS devices for editing and testing, following clear client instructions.
You'll also conduct local research and ensure the accuracy of real-time data used in digital mapping systems.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct internet and phone-based research with local authorities or data providers
Identify and verify local data (e.g., road closures, railway updates)
Document findings in English and submit to internal teams
Provide regular updates to the vendor project manager
Manage administrative tasks using Excel and internal tools
What We're Looking For
Fluent in spoken Bosnian
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining data confidentiality
