Join a team dedicated to protecting children online and ensuring responsible AI development. As a Content Safety Specialist, you will analyse, identify, and mitigate risks related to AI-generated content, working closely with global teams to refine safety policies and enforcement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse, and refine AI models to detect and mitigate child safety risks.
- Evaluate and improve enforcement strategies for child safety policies.
- Manage and respond to escalations related to graphic material.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trust & safety initiatives.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to optimise risk detection and policy compliance.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, risk management, AI testing, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of AI systems, machine learning, and online abuse detection.
- Experience handling sensitive or graphic content in compliance workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Good-to-have Skills
- Knowledge of child safety and online harm prevention.
