As a Cloud Data Centre Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable cloud architectures that drive our telecommunications infrastructure forward. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement cloud-based data centre architectures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop scalable and efficient cloud solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud services and technologies that align with business goals.
- Ensure data security, compliance and best practises are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Monitor and optimise cloud performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our systems cutting-edge.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

- Proven experience as a Cloud Data Centre Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Expertise in network architecture, virtualization and storage solutions.
- Familiarity with containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for innovation and a proactive approach to challenges.
