Adecco Cork are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our Client's team on a 6 month FTC. As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service to our client's customers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication - Responding to client support queries with professionalism and empathy. Addressing concerns, providing effective solutions, and following up as needed to ensure client satisfaction.

2. Problem Solving - Identifying issues and delivering creative solutions to meet clients' needs. Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, consistently exceeding client expectations.

3. Task Prioritisation - Efficiently managing multiple tasks and client requests, utilising good judgement to prioritise based on urgency and impact. Meeting all deadlines and taking ownership of workload management.

4. Use of Technology - Utilising internal systems, software, and tools to track client interactions, manage tasks, and accurately update records. Ensuring efficient and effective utilisation of computer systems to streamline work processes.

5. Collaboration - Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clients' needs are met and resolving any issues swiftly.

6. Continuous Improvement - Demonstrating a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to learning new processes, tools, and techniques to enhance client service and overall team effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in standard software programmes, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and customer support software.
Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond to clients with empathy and clarity.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help others overcome challenges.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
Previous experience in client-facing roles such as customer service or support is a plus.
