We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join a dynamic and fast-paced team that supports enterprise-level clients with the implementation and optimization of advanced technical solutions. This client-facing role bridges the gap between technical delivery and business strategy, ensuring that innovative solutions are aligned with customer goals and executed with excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable solutions, manage technical deployments, and provide strategic insights based on data and performance trends. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that influence product usage and client success.


Key Responsibilities:

-Act as the main technical contact for clients, ensuring smooth solution implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

-Translate client business objectives into technical requirements and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

-Lead scoping, planning, and execution of multiple projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client goals.

-Partner with external stakeholders to build technical capabilities and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of services.

-Manage end-to-end delivery of solutions, including setting project milestones, monitoring progress, and coordinating across teams.

-Analyze product or service performance and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes and influence technical direction.

-Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements across project lifecycles.

-Support internal knowledge sharing and mentoring, contributing to team development and best practices.


Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

-Mid to Senior level of experience in similar positions, ideally within a global tech environment.

-Experience in a client-facing technical role, with a proven track record of managing solution implementations or technical projects.

-Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, both technical and non-technical.

-Experience with data analysis, performance tracking, and deriving insights to inform decision-making.

-Understanding of digital advertising, online platforms, or SaaS environments is an advantage.

-Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

-Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
