Join Our Team as a Change Governance and PMO Manager!

Are you passionate about driving change in the Renewable Energy sector? Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Change Governance and PMO Manager to join their dynamic team! In this permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning the Technology Delivery change portfolio with business strategy, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day PMO governance and activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in Technology Delivery Framework processes.
- Enhance and operate Change governance processes, prioritising and monitoring the Technology Delivery Change portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Head of Technology Delivery to implement new standards and controls.
- Guide Programme/Project managers in applying policies, ensuring quality delivery.
- Support the development of Business Cases/Lean Canvases, aligning with business value.
- Oversee Change status reporting cycles, providing management summaries for stakeholders.
- Manage RAID and resource processes, ensuring risk awareness in the change portfolio.
- Coordinate financial tracking of budget forecasts and benefits, ensuring ROI.
- Develop a continuous improvement model to optimise Change initiatives.
- Supervise PMO analysts, fostering their professional growth.
- Conduct regular project health assessments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of successful IT project implementation experience.
- 2+ years in a senior role with experience in establishing or operating a PMO.
- Strong financial/budget management skills in a change environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional leadership and influencing skills to drive outcomes.
- PMO Certification (e.g., P3O, Six Sigma black belt) preferred.
- PMP, PgMP or similar certification is a plus.
