Key Responsibilities:
As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining stock levels and managing procurement activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
📦 Maintaining accurate inventory control data within site systems.
⏰ Ensuring timely replenishment of customer stock as needed.
🔄 Accurately processing enquiries and sales orders, ensuring appropriate margin levels and cost savings.
🛒 Raising purchase orders with established and preferred suppliers.
🚚 Expediting outstanding or overdue materials, clearly communicating any changes to customers.
🤝 Supporting the sourcing, identification, and commercial negotiation of parts and equipment.
📊 Providing relevant data and feedback to support operational planning and key performance indicators.
⚠️ Operating in accordance with Health & Safety policies and reporting non-compliance instances.
💡 Contributing to the efficiency of site operations by identifying opportunities for improvement.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals who are passionate about procurement and vendor management. Ideal candidates will have:
Strong procurement and purchasing skills.
Administration experience
Strong communication skills
Excellent vendor management abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
What We Offer:
Salary: €33,000 - €38,000 per annum.
Contract Type: Permanent (6-month FTC).
Working Pattern: Full Time, Mon- Fri
