As the Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction at our branch. You'll take charge of operations, manage personnel development and spearhead new B2B sales initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Analyse market conditions and identify sales opportunities.
- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring profitability and excellent customer service.
- Manage and motivate your team to achieve targets.
- Ensure the fleet is well-maintained and service-ready.
- Communicate effectively with various teams and senior management.
Ideal Candidate:
- Third-level qualification and at least 2 years in a management role in car rental or 5 years in a similar industry.
- Strong B2B sales experience and a proven track record in driving new business.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
