Adecco are currently looking to recruit an Engineering Administrator for a maternity leave contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a leading Healthcare company based in Limerick. The candidate must be highly motivated and dedicated.

6-Month FTC (Maternity Leave Cover)
Salary €28,000-€30,000 DOE
Location: Limerick (fully onsite role)

The successful candidate will work as part of our Engineering Administration team, liaising with customers, engineers, and the service department. They will be responsible for allocating and scheduling service tasks for a team of engineers, ensuring that response times are adhered to, and efficiently handling customer queries. Additionally, the candidate will manage client accounts on dedicated software packages, liaise with internal departments to resolve issues, and write reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Allocate and schedule service tasks for a team of engineers.
Liaise with engineers to ensure adherence to response times.
Efficiently handle customer queries.
Manage client accounts on dedicated software packages.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve daily issues.
Write reports.
Ensure adherence to ISO standards and external SLAs.
Manage a high volume of phone calls.

Role Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practises.
High level of computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience in working with SAP is an advantage.
Experience in the healthcare sector would be advantageous.
