Temporary Contract - Monday - Saturday (5 x days roster basis)
Are you passionate about providing exceptional administrative support in the eCommerce industry? We are currently working on behalf of our client who require additional administration support staff on a temporary basis.
Main Duties:
Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, document handling, and customer communication.
Provide support to the sales admin team, assisting in order processing, monitoring stock levels, and generating sales reports.
Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and exceeding their expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and efficient workflow.
Maintain accurate records and confidential information in compliance with company policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in administration
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and problem-solving.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
